Product description: On our website we strive to show our products as correct as we can with as good color rendering as possible. We cannot, however, guarantee that the images reflect the product's true appearance, as color reproduction depends on the setting in different computers and screens. Prices: Stated in SEK and include VAT. We reserve the right for possible printing and typing errors.
Stock status: When purchasing goods by the meter, we reserve the right to complete sales as the number of meters on the roll can sometimes differ from the information we received from our supplier.
- Order
Order process: Your order is placed in the webshop, for the purchase of goods by the meter, the entire meter is sold and the minimum number of meters is two. The price shown is per meter and you fill in how many meters you want.
When buying whole bundles, it appears in the heading how long the fabric is and the price applies to the whole bundle. Enter number one for the entire batch.
Order confirmation: As soon as your order is placed, an order confirmation will be sent to your email address.
Change of order: Once an order has been placed in the webshop, it cannot be changed or cancelled.
Unclaimed, unclaimed consignments: For parcels that are not collected during the time they are with the parcel agent, we charge a return fee of SEK 250. It corresponds to our actual costs for return shipping, packaging and handling.
- Payment
Payment methods: We use Klarna as payment method.

- Delivery
Delivery methods: We send with Postnord to your nearest representative. 75 sec incl. VAT for delivery within Sweden, free shipping over SEK 995, incl. VAT. For delivery to Finland, Holland, Germany and Denmark we charge SEK 200 incl. VAT.
Delivery time: Within Sweden approx. 3-6 days. To Finland, Denmark, Holland and Germany approx. 7-10 days.
Delivery: It is important that correct address information and telephone numbers are entered in your order, in case of incorrect information so the package is returned, we will charge a fee of 250 SEK.
- Right of withdrawal and returns
Right of withdrawal: According to current law, you have 14 days right of withdrawal from receipt of the item. However, the right of return does not apply to cut-to-the-meter goods.
Return policy: Returns of items other than metered goods are accepted within 30 days of receiving your order. The item must be unused and in the same condition as you received it. The customer is responsible for the return shipping.
In the case of complaints in the event of errors made by Sy av Rekotex, we are responsible for the cost of any return. Please do not return the item before you have contacted us about the complaint.
Refund: We make a refund through Klarna when we have received the item back to us after an approved return or complaint.
- Complaints
Complaints process: Contact us with an email to info@rekotex.se if you discover a fault with an item, preferably with a photo of the fault and description. Enter your name, address, email address and order number. Sy av Rekotex then, after assessment, sends a return slip so you can send the item back free of charge, or alternatively we will find a way to compensate you for the error.

The information you provide when shopping is used by us to administer your purchases. Your personal data will not be disclosed to third parties under any circumstances.
